I know she's mean but baby daddy should've kept his children on a leash. It's an unspoken rule to make yourself or your children behave in such areas as it could be bustling and tight. I would've understand if this was a park, I think that would be okay for the darlings to run around. As a parent, I cringe when I see other parents let their crotch goblins run around in restaurants where people carry hot food and drinks, knives and forks, glassware and other hazards. If you care about your children, keep the safe by keeping them seated when they have food, if only to prevent them from choking on it or impaling themselves through the roof of their mouths if they fall the wrong way.
