Can't blame the prosecutor for being a bit fucked up towards his brother seeing the environment he was raised in. I mean obviously he's in the wrong, but he didn't have it easy either

I know the prosecutor isn't innocent by any means but I partially understand his behavior, he was raised in a home where he was constantly being made to believe his brother was beneath him while also being burdened with high expectations from his parents. His brother while miserable had more freedom then him and got to do things the MC couldn't cause his parents expected nothing from him. I also sympathize with the twin brother here, he clearly loved MC but was frustrated with the way MC treated him and ended hurting him cause as they say "hurt people hurt people". All in all I don't think anyone is innocent thus far but I also don't think anyone is completely guilty either, this story so far has painted MC and his brother as victims of their environment. As for ML, I have a feeling that he never loved MC's brother but was actually using him as a replacement for MC all along. I think ML was a stalker that was secretly in love with MC and MC's brother found out and offered to be MC's replacement. ML used MC's brother's feelings towards him to his advantage and killed him as a way to approach MC, since MC is the brother of the victim there's a high chance the case will be given to him (at least is BL's anyway). These are all guesses though, so please don't ask me for spoilers.

I was tearing up until he hit him with the 🩼. That egg cell donor destroyed the relationship between the siblings. 
They all need to have some therapy plus the priest.🙂
