The sum of all potential parallel universes that constitute reality is often called a "multiverse".
so in conclusion Parallel World is just a world that mirrors the same world that a person living with that explains the same person and the same event in this story even though in a different dimension. In this story there are 3 worlds (3 parallel worlds) The first world is where Yunzai get severe diabetes and where 12 years old Qi traveled —I will call this world the original world— and the 2nd world is where the 27 Qi traveled to and change the future and the third world is where everyone gets confused because the third world is where 12 years old Qi came back but as she came back her memories about the original world slowly became hazy that's why she still can write about the note but she can't totally remember Yunzai's name when they first meet in this third world. Also, I'd like to point out that in these three worlds the way that the 2 female lead meet is different in every world, In the original world they meet in college, and in the 2nd world they meet in high school and become close because of Qi's knowledge about the future whereas in the 3rd world they meet on the stairs.
The last scene is where the word soulmate came in Yunzai and Qi are soulmates whatever world they are in their soul is always connected and always fated to be with each other no matter the circumstances they will eventually meet, so in the last scene in this chapter where Qi hand the umbrella to Yunzai they experience deja vu because that scene already happens in a different world and in the 2nd world they are already engaged so Yunzai feels like they know each other for a long time even though that was only the second time they have interacted in the 3rd world.
